2025 Recap and 2026 Date

Bentonville, AR — The Bentonville Bike Fest team is thrilled to announce the 2026 festival will return to its roots in June, running a full week of cycling celebrations from June 8-14, 2026!

2025, Our Best Year To Date!
The 2025 Bentonville Bike Fest was a record-shattering success! We welcomed 15,000 visitors on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, hosted 160 incredible vendors, hosted 1400 athletes and featured eight action-packed races. Attendees traveled from 47 states and 13 countries, turning the festival into a true international celebration.
Our reach skyrocketed, generating over 5.9 million organic impressions and delivering a $1.5 million economic boost to local businesses and tourism. — proof that Bike Fest is making waves in the cycling community and beyond, like never before!

Why the Move Back to June?
After facing multiple setup challenges and some rescheduling in previous years, we listened to our partners and participants. By shifting back to June, we’re aiming for a smoother, less stressful event for everyone. Get ready for another action-packed week of festivities, featuring our ongoing partnership with the National Bicycle Dealer Association (NBDA) and plenty of new surprises in store!

Bigger, Bolder, and More International
We’re hard at work making our races more international than ever before. The growing number of B2B connections at the festival is energizing, and we’re committed to creating even more opportunities for brands, vendors, and cycling professionals to connect and collaborate.

E-Mobility Day Presented by Aventon Returns
We’re excited to bring back E-Mobility Day p/b Aventon, spotlighting the latest in E-bike technology, cargo bikes, and sustainable urban mobility. Mark your calendar for test rides, panel discussions, and fun events — this is one day you won’t want to miss!

Vendor Registration: Stay Tuned!
We’re restructuring our registration platform to streamline the process for our valued bike vendors and local businesses. Please stay alert for updates on early bird discounts and new registration procedures—we’ll have more info for you very soon, including our new sponsor deck.

Heat-Friendly Scheduling for a Cool Experience
We know June in Arkansas can be hot! To keep things comfortable, the expo will open early afternoon and run until dusk, while races will kick off in the early morning. This way, everyone can enjoy the festival vibe and activities during the coolest parts of the day.

Theme Teaser: Summer Means Tropical Shirts!
What’s summer without a little fun? Next year, we’re embracing the season—so dust off those Tropical shirts and get your best summer outfits ready! We can’t wait to see the festival bursting with color, summer tunes from the main stage and lots of good vibes and happy hours!
