With vaccinations currently being rolled out across the US, we are confident that travel and events will be able to continue in a more normal manner in time for Bentonville Bike Fest in June. We have worked hard to ensure we have the appropriate policies and procedures in place for a successful event.
The following guidelines are there to ensure the safety and health of our riders and festival goers. These are the minimum recommendations for what can be safely achieved while maintaining our vision for the Bentonville Bke Best.
Bentonville Bike Fest will only proceed once we have addressed the following questions:

We are determined that Bentonville Bike Fest should only proceed 18-20 June, if the above criteria can be met. If anyone either staff, volunteers, workers, athletes, vendors, sponsors, racers or festival goers have been in contact with, or show symptoms of COVID-19 it is essential they stay at home and self isolate.
FAQ’s
What happens to the travel plans that I have booked, if I can’t make it or the event is cancelled due to COVID-19?
Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse travel costs.
What happens if the whole event is cancelled due to COVID-19?
If we are forced to postpone an event in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, race entries will remain valid for the next edition.
