Description: The NBDA invites retailers and suppliers alike for an intensive 1-day workshop focused on profitability and peer to peer learning. The NBDA is well known for driving retailer success with its peer group program known as the P2 Profitably Project. This 1-day intensive workshop modeled after the peer group foundations from the formal project, includes specific meeting time to dive deep into key issues facing retailers today. Together we can drive specialty bicycle retail forward, leading to long-term profitability and success. Attendees will work in large and small groups to address key issues such as Business Foundations, Store Layout and Design, Service Center Profitability, Vendor Relations, and Customer Acquisition. The format will allow participants to deeply analyze their retail location, learn from others, and walk away with insights to grow profitability and drive your business into the future.
Suppliers/Brands/Association Partners: There are very few seats at each event for industry partners to sit in the "conversation" learning the pressing challenges facing retailers today. Attendance at this workshop will allow you to listen and join into conversations with retailers based on best practices, operational excellence, store culture, shop layout, service center efficiencies, staff and training, and vendor relations. Attending and taking part firsthand in group breakouts will allow you to experience the key issues effecting retailers today and further guide future decisions around impactful retailer programs.
Outside of the P2 Workshop Program, all attendees will have access to a VIP Opening Ceremony on Thursday Evening at Meteor Guitar Gallery
